Distraction

Today my dear hubby came home from the store and when he showed me what he'd bought, I came out of my garden and got a bit distracted.

Yes, my dear blog readers - I have a digital camera. We'd been talking about it for awhile. This was not a surprise, but I am a little shocked at how much fun I'm having!! Oh, the freedom of 1600 pictures without changing film. Oh, the freedom to delete a sullen faced child, an ugly picture of me or an offcenter oops. Oh, the freedom to share a little of my world with you in the visual medium.

Those are my gardening gloves, exactly as they lay on the table. In fact, they are still there now - two hours later - because I have been playing instead of being productive.

The photos above are the fruits of my labours. Hopefully - they will not waste away as I ignore the care of them in lieu of photographing them!

I'm glad the post about you never posting pictures here is now moot, hehe!
